Trevor's focus on hospitality projects over the past 15 years has driven the development of unique turnkey solutions for all the elements required to deliver complex projects.

Michael Fishenden

Michael has had in excess of 36 years of project management, project development and main contractor responsibility in both Australia and Fiji. Based in Fiji for the past 10 years in a leadership role for the largest main contractor in Fiji, Michael is well versed in what it takes to deliver successful projects in the 'hands on' Fiji environment.

Andrew is a Registered Architect with 17 years' experience in local and regional buildings. Andrew is highly competent in a multi-disciplinary environment. His key skill include close liaison with user groups and stakeholders throughout projects, and in leading the team at the overall and detailed level. Andrew has considerable industry experience in the role of leading the design and documentation team and on-site project management and administration

Andrew Van Oosten

Andrew has in excess of 38 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry, achieving executive roles in Corporate and Business Banking sectors for both Bank of New Zealand and ASB Bank Limited. It is on this basis that he has wide knowledge and expertise in this industry and has a sound reputation for producing quality submissions to lending institutions on behalf of clients. Andrew also undertakes other professional services including independent directorships and trustee roles.

Andrew’s role is to provide the funding requirements of the client on the best possible terms by representing the client to a lender by way of a formal funding proposal. We seek to remove the emotion that is involved in financial matters and to give both the client and the lender alike, a neutral avenue for negotiation.
