One of a number of commissions for the New Zealand Fire service, this is a large station that had to be slotted into a predominantly residential neighbourhood. Located on a challenging site, an extensive consultation and planning process was undertaken before construction commenced.

Our team was responsible for:

Stakeholder liaison, Feasibility studies & due diligence, Concept Designs.
Full documentation & specification including space planning, resource consent, tender & construction documents, change management
