Wyndham Resort

Undertaken under a “Design and Build” contract with a local contractor, this project developed a 60 unit extension to an existing resort including 2 and 3 bedroom suites, ocean side “premium” suites, adults pool, kids club, pool bar, restaurant, and reception facilities. Our Team has since been engaged to carry out refurbishment of the existing room stock.

Our team was responsible for:

Full architectural / interior design documentation & specification including space planning, resource consent, tender & construction documents and change management.
