Pathlab Rotorua

Pathlab Rotorua is a joint venture between Pathlab and Lakes District Health Board as part of the overall campus redevelopment and upgrade at Rotorua Hospital. The project provides a new purpose built building to house a relocated and expanded diagnostic service for the hospital and wider community. The laboratory operates 24 hrs and features a totally sealed environment with all services self-contained and accessible from above negating the need to enter the laboratory for maintenance.

Our team was responsible for:

Stakeholder liaison, Feasibility studies & due diligence, Concept Designs Full documentation & specification including space planning, resource consent, tender & construction documents, change management and Project Management.
