Pathlab Hamilton

A PC2 laboratory and at the time of construction, housed the largest automated testing line in the Southern Hemisphere. The laboratory provides central diagnostic services for the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. The laboratory operates 24 hrs and features a totally sealed environment with all services self-contained and accessible from above, negating the need to enter the laboratory for maintenance. Included in this project was the provision of front of house services including sample collection, consulting rooms, staff facilities and archives.

Our team was responsible for:

Stakeholder liaison, Feasibility studies & Concept Designs, Full documentation & specification including space planning, resource consent, tender & construction documents, change management and project manangement.
