Te Wananga o Aotearoa Glenview Campus

A new campus for Te Wananga o Aotearoa housed within a former hotel and bar complex. All building services have been upgraded and/or replaced with specific design required for data services, and fire safety (including a gas flood system in server rooms). The existing building fabric has been extended, refurbished and altered for the requirements of the brief. Extensive remedial maintenance of the existing building fabric was undertaken concurrently.

Our team was responsible for:

Stakeholder liaison, Concept Designs, Full documentation & specification including space planning, resource consent, tender & construction documents, change management and Project Management.
